Welcome to SheInTheCLE.com! We are a blogger collective dedicated to driving conversations with purpose by women in the Cleveland area. We provide a channel for women to engage and discuss topics at all levels from climbing the corporate ladder to sampling the best eats in the city to raising a family! Our mission isn’t about defining the conversations or topics – it’s all about creating a vibrant, virtual space that allows for networking, continual learning and storytelling.
Amy Martin is an avid conversationalist and insomniac (averages about four hours a night) who craves engagement online and off. She is a Partner and the head of the marketing department at a venture development agency during normal business hours, and spends her down time running her own consulting agency, Hyperthink, LLC, which helps small businesses and leaders connect with audiences through purposeful engagement.
Amy sits on the Boards of Bad Girl Ventures, Flora Stone Mather Center for Women at Case Western Reserve University and The Gordon Square Arts District.
She is passionate about mentoring other women and hugging her kids (who are too old to appreciate the affection), and she resides in Westlake with her husband, who still cannot fully explain what she does for a living. Amy is usually smiling and has an awkward obsession with “Murder, She Wrote” and incredibly unrealistic mystery novels.twitter @AmyMartin216

Ever since she first “borrowed” her mom’s jewelry at the age of 5, Shibani has had an enduring love affair with all things sparkly. In 2015, she finally translated this love into a real business by launching Bombay Taxi, an online boutique. When she’s not making the world a more sparkly place, Shibani can be found jamming to sick 90s beats, riding a spin bike to nowhere, or traveling the world.
A native of Mumbai, India, Shibani has lived in Cleveland for 11 years and resides on the near West side with her husband and three dogs. She shares a birthday with J-Lo, and considers Mindy Kaling to be her spirit animal. She lives by the motto Sparkle Every Day.twitter @shibanifaehnle
Christina Klenotic believes that you can be nice and successful in your career (screw mean people). She also doesn’t believe in having more kids than arms since she’s frequently toting both of her toddlers around Cleveland’s neighborhoods. Or, biking with them both on her mamacycle (baby seat in the front, tandem in the back).
When she’s not maxing out on working + parenthood, she’s planning her next trip, which she chronicles in her travel journal, Postcards from Christina.
She’s geo-agnostic when it comes to Cleveland and has lived on both sides of the river, currently dwelling in Cleveland’s near west side.twitter @cklenotic
